Napoleon B. Higgins Jr., MD
Founder & CEO
Dr. Napoleon Higgins is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist in Houston, Texas. He owns Bay Pointe Behavioral Health Services, a large multispecialty mental health group. His practice is one of the largest in the fourth-largest city in the US.
Dr. Higgins received his Doctorate of Medicine from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and he completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry and his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He is the President of the Black Psychiatrists of Greater Houston, Past President of the Caucus of Black Psychiatrists of the American Psychiatric Association, and the Black Psychiatrists of America.
Dr. Higgins is the author of Transition 2 Practice, which encompasses physician practice issues and helps doctors find the right practice setting so that they may deliver care and attain their work-life goals. He also specializes in nutrition and health to improve patients’ lives mentally and physically. He emphasizes that good mental and physical health are key in the practice of psychiatry and medicine.
Dr. Higgins has worked with and founded many programs that help to direct inner city young men and women to aspire to go to college and finish their educational goals. He has worked with countless community mentoring programs and has special interest in trauma, racism, and inner city issues and how they affect minority and disadvantaged children and communities.
Dr. Cyntrell T. Crawford, MD

Dr. Cyntrell is an Adult Psychiatrist who focuses on Addiction Recovery who is also a speaker, author and consultant. In addition, she is a media personality regarding Addiction/ Recovery and Mental Illnesses.
The Founder and Chief Medical Advisor of DrCyntrell.com, she discusses techniques to help individuals take control of their life through recovery. Dr. Cyntrell also shares mental health and addiction expertise via her web series to help Addicts discovery a pathway to recovery. Her mission is simple: Life solutions for addiction and recovery.
Dr. Cyntrell earned her Doctorate of Medicine degree from The Tulane University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
Fallon Fagan
Adult Psychiatrist
I have experience with working with and treating patients with a variety of psychiatric diagnoses, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I also have experience working with underserved populations in community mental health.
In addition to using my knowledge of psychopharmacology to achieve the best medication treatment regimen for the patient, I also counsel patients on smoking cessation, appropriate diet, weight loss, and medical management.
